After a change of name to "The Melting Pot", off we go again. I thought a name with the word soaps in in might be too restrictive and 'melting pot" would cover anything as well asany new ideas being thrown into it!
I made my first batch last night and it went a bit gloopy. I forgot to take pictures though :(. It seemed okay till I added the fragrance. I will try an essential oil next time. I will have a sneaky peek later and see if they have actually set!! Then they need 4-6 weeks to harden off. The whole process took me about and hour and a half. The pouring was fiddly and messy to will have to research that a bit.
